QuantKit is a software provider, not a financial advisor. All tools, indicators, and software "Kits" provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

You acknowledge that any trades placed using QuantKit software are made at your own risk. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred.

2. Software Licensing & HWID

• License Grant: When you purchase a Kit, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
• Hardware Locking: To prevent unauthorized sharing, our software utilizes Hardware ID (HWID) locking. Your license is tied to your specific device(s) as managed through our storefront, Whop.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or "crack" any QuantKit software. Attempting to bypass HWID locks will result in an immediate and permanent ban without a refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Whop Storefront: All transactions are processed through Whop. By purchasing, you also agree to Whop's terms of service.
• Digital Goods Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products (and the immediate access to proprietary code/logic), all sales are final. Refunds are generally not provided once a license key has been generated or the software has been downloaded, except where required by French/EU consumer law.

4. Community Conduct

Access to the QuantKit Discord is a privilege, not a right.

We reserve the right to remove users who engage in harassment, "spamming" of signals, or unauthorized advertising.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantKit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use our software.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
